Use brackets where I've used parentheses to put these tags around a URL:

Jeff, across the top of the edit post page, you'll see an Img button. Hit that, paste the html, then hit the Img button again. If you can't get a picture on a page by itself, you can host it at a site like photobucket and go from there.

Okay...inserting a pic is getting the best of me. How do you insert a pic that is on my computers hard drive?

You're going to have to use an online image hosting service like photobucket.com, flickr.com, webshots.com etc... and then upload it to there and link to it. I have a gallery here, but am going to be revamping it soon. In the mean time, you can go to http://www.ay-ziggy-zoomba.com/gallery/uploads click on the pull-down menu in the upper right and add photos to upload it here and then link to it once it's been uploaded.

There has to be an easier way to do this for us people that aren't as computer savy.

You could try incantations... or perhaps some telekinesis to move the picture to the interweb....
