Well the Gators chomped the Buckeyes.

New Years Second Bowl games was not good for the Big Whatever Conference

Ohio State LOSES to Florida
Penn State LOSES to Houston
Nebraska LOSES to South Carolina
Michigan State WINS over Georgia

Wisconsin has a tough game with Oregon.

Big 10 also goes 1-2 against the SEC today, but the MSU - Georgia game was a great game. MSU finally wins a bowl game for Dantonio

Do you realize no one living today has ever seen Ohio State lose 7 games in one football season (and forfeiture of wins don't count). The last time Ohio State finished the season with 7 losses was back in 1897. So unless your 114 years old, no one has ever seen OSU lose this many games in one season.

I hate to admit it, but I really enjoyed today's results, especially Penn State losing to a non-AQ team and, of course, Zero State losing to anyone. But when add in the fact that this is the Bucknuts pretty much hitting bottom (not gmartin's trivia), it's a moment to relish.

And what many don't realize is that this was also the last bowl game for the Junior class at OSU. There bowl game for them next year will be the season ending game with ScUM. But yesterday was a great day. Believe the Big10 is 3-6 in their bowl games and possibly 3-7 after tonight. So much for a power conference. The MAC should go 4-1 this season.
