Are you old enough to remember the big steel plate in the parking lot at Kewpee's? Narrow lot that dead ended into a building. You could drive in and angle park but would have to back out into a busy street-instead they installed a big steel plate at the back of the lot that spun on an axis. you drove your car onto the plate, honked and the burger guy inside pushed a button. Plate turned 180 degrees so your car faced the street and off you went. Kewpee's is an Ohio treasure. And remember "Your grandpappy ate there".

Has anybody mentioned Root's Chicken? I LOVE their shredded chicken.

Think Maags is now gone, but I agree - that was some good stuff!
