Vote for a repeat of 2003!

College Gameday is doing a vote for where to go for Gameday sometime in 2003. So ... here's the link .. http://www.gamedayvote.com/?hq_e=el&hq_m=293335&hq_l=5&hq_v=a8b8118004

Vote vote vote! Voting ends May 2nd at 11:59. (BTW as of post time, we're #30 out of #120, #1 in the MAC ... let's do this!!)

Would love to do this, but do NOT deal with "Facebook" at all....(frankly, I think it's dumb). So, unless there's another way to vote, guess I'm out. :-k

You can vote by supplying an email address instead of going through facebook. I NEVER log-in to anything using facebook, as doing that almost always requires that the application have access to your personal info on facebook.

Voting was on hold for a while, but it resumes today at noon. Not sure yet if you still need to log in by facebook or not to vote. I'm guessing the reason it was suspended was out of cheating ... the following message is currently on their page ...

"Monday's mad rush toppled the vote! So we're rolling the tally sheets back to zero and starting over in the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship. The contest begins Tuesday, May 1st at Noon/ET."

Also looks like they are now filming a commercial on a campus instead of an entire GameDay .. bum but still awesome!

Voted at around noon today and when I was on there we were #13 in the nation tied with West Virginia. Only other non-AQ school I saw (or remember) ahead of us was UTSA. Hope we can pull off a win here! Even if all we get is a commercial so what, its still cool!

Tried to vote again...they kept "spitting" me over to Facebook...Don't have an account, don't want one....so, if you guys have an idea for how to get around this....I'm ready.

Before the reset, you could vote without using facebook and just using a valid email address. Now, they make you vote through facebook, which I will not do because the vote requires access to my basic info on facebook. I refuse all app requests on facebook.
